Steps to diagnose the issue
Step 1 - Unit issue check
If the car is not turning on, then remove the OBD connection and put it into bypass. Then check if its working or not, if car is turning on now then it means the issue was in the unit, if its still not turning on then check further steps.
Step 2 - Wire connectors check
If its still not working then remove the Acc. cable and put the car in direct, then check if its working or not. If it starts working then it means the issue is with NexCruise connectors. If it still not working then it means its not a NexCruise issue but a issue in car.
Step 3 - Check for the issue in car
SO after verifying no issue with NexCruise we check car's battery and fuse as the issue is in the car. If battery is discharged then get it charged or incase of faulty fuse replace it. If the issue still persists then get the car checked up in a service center.
- In this incident we realized that battery was discharged because of that car was not turning on. So we told the client to get battery recharged
