Sometimes while driving, my cruise disengages. Why?

Sometimes while driving, my cruise disengages. Why?

There is a safety feature in NexCruise, where in certain conditions, Cruise automatically disengages.

What happens

If the target cruise speed  is more than 10kmph above the actual vehicle speed.
Cruise disengages if target cruising speed is set more than 10 km/hr above the cruising speed

When does it normally happen

While dial driving

When we Increase the target cruising speed by rotating the dial clockwise and the difference  between the actual speed and target cruising speed increases more then 10km/hr then at that time cruise is cancelled.

While climbing a flyover

When the actual speed decreases more then 10km/hr then set cruising speed then due to safety reasons cruise is cancelled.

Reason behind why its happening

When we rotate the dial clockwise, it increases the cruising speed and set its cruising speed to a higher limit then what it currently is. So in case when set cruising speed is increasing (via dial rotation) more then the actual speed of the car and the difference between them increases ( as to car acceleration is taking time to catch up to the cruising speed or cars speed is decreasing due to a steep incline)  so in that moment when the difference between set cruising speed and actual cruising speed become larger then 10km/hr, then because for safety reasons the system disengages the cruise.

Solution

Let the car respond to the dial command , when it picks up the speed then give it a second command.
