Why isn't my NexCruise turning off even after I lock the car?

NexCruise works as a slave device to the car's electronics.

Even after we lock the car, the car's electronics stays on for some time, causing NexCruise to stay on.

Normally, in about one minute after we lock the car, the car's electronics turns off.

It is normal for NexCruise to stay on for upto one minute after we lock the car.However, in some car models, it may remain on for 4–5 minutes, and that is also considered normal behavior.

However, we have come across cases when NexCruise never turns off. Even in this case, turning off is not in the control of NexCruise, and it is because car is not turning off the signal.

You can let the NexCruise stay on like this for some days, it won't hurt in any way.

We recommend to wait for upto 4 days. We have seen that this issue rectifies itself.
