1.Why is my car RPM increasing?

One of the three scenarios may happen:

Possible scenarios

Scenario 1

RPM increases when pressing clutch while cruise is engaged.

Diagnosis

This is normal. When cruise is engaged, depending upon car, upon pressing clutch it doesn't disengage. NexCruise is trying to maintain speed hence revs up the accelerator signal.

Solution

Cancel cruise before pressing clutch.

Scenario 2

RPM increases to 1000-1500 when starting, with check engine light, and the A-pedal doesn't respond.

Scenario 3

RPM increases suddenly to very high value (5000+), irrespective of cruise being engaged.

Diagnosis and solution

This is an abnormal scenario, but is known to happen in some cases. Put the system in bypass and Contact customer support on 6367394463 or raise a support ticket.
